Premier is a French restaurant on the top floor of Fuji Lake Hotel on the Lake Kawaguchi shore. Enjoy a leisurely meal while gazing over the coastline. Dishes use local ingredients from the Mt. Fuji foothills and seafood from Numazu Port, together with homemade bread and the chef's special desserts. Savor the classic French cuisine prepared under the guidance of Chef Daniel Paquet, who has served as executive chef at restaurants such as Maxim's de Paris.
