Commemorative Plaque for Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Torch “Flame Lighting Ceremony in Taito City”
On August 20, 2021, a commemorative plaque was installed to mark the lighting of the “Taito City Flame” on the rooftop of the Taito City Office. This flame, which became the seed flame for the Paralympic Torch, was lit using solar power with the cooperation of the Taito City Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts Council.
