Walking up Gotenzaka Hill from the west exit of JR Nippori Station, you will come to a staircase called "Yuyake Dandan" that leads to Yanaka Ginza shopping street, which is crowded with shoppers.
As the name suggests, the stairs offer a beautiful view of the sunset.
