Dogenzaka-Dori

A new landmark in Shibuya, Dogenzaka-Dori is a large-scale complex standing approximately 115 meters (377 ft) tall with a total floor area of about 41,877 square meters (10.3 acres). Consisting of three elements—shopping, workplace, and lodging—the complex features a two-level shopping area perfect for leisurely strolls, office spaces equipped with the latest facilities, and Hotel Indigo, the lifestyle boutique hotel reflecting the city’s culture. The building faces two streets, Bunkamura Street and Dogenzaka-komichi, with multiple entrances and exits. By creating “passageways” that allow people to walk through the facility, it enhances the flow of movement through the city.
