Iinuma Honke Sake Brewery

The Iinuma Honke Sake Brewery has been operating since Japan's Edo period. It’s said to have started brewing sake from surplus rice under orders from the head of the Sakura Domain. On your brewery tour, staff will attentively guide you through the production process and this historic building. Then you’ll finish by tasting the sake you’ve just learned about. Sake is available for purchase, and you can enjoy food made with sake lees and Kinonene-noen farm produce.
